i have to agree, i'd never hit a woman, but if the whore did something like that in front of me she wouldn't be standing after it, stupid retard. i hope you are planning some payback after its all sorted
you stood by & let her do this?? totally confused hear...? you let some break up your car with a baseball bat & watched?? if thats wright i find it hard to feel sorry for you. feel really sorry for you if u arrived home to see find your car like this but not if you watched her do it?? fair enough if you dont wana hit it girl, but at the least take the bat off her no?

Lad your either very quiet or you just dont like confrontations my god woman or not she would have been wearing that baseball bat for the rest of her life surgeons wouldnt have been able to remove it and I would have broke up her car for starters then her Hubbie and then her house I'm serious if saw someone hitting my car when I park it in town I go mental a guy threatend to burn my car where I used to live one time because I wouldnt give him a cigarette even though I dont smoke I gave him a serious beating he came back later and apologised to my dad for causing trouble outside his house

Gutted for you mate, i know what its like waiting to get my car back on the road for a long time and something to go Pete Tong. Not that i condone hitting woman but you were within the law to use whatever force required to stop her as you were preventing her from committing a crime. I hope they throw the book at her too but to be fair look at the law today, they clearly arent are they.
What you need to watch for is future intimidation and reprocussions as your care isnt going to get any quieter. If her or her hubby try anything again squash them both there and then or they may see you as fair game to keep terrorising.

Why the hell was she drunk at 4:30pm? Sounds like a right scumbag.
Make sure you get the car professionally valeted, don't want a passenger getting cut by glass that you missed, also make sure there are no scores or scuffs however minor to the paintwork, just incase you need a full respray!
At the end of the day if there is a mark on it anywhere now, that wasn't there before this happened then your well within your rights to have it repaired.

i thought she was coming round to warn me which is why i was still i my mums garden,like i say ive knwn her for years n she has knownme for years so i thought she would recognise me n then nothing of it,then she walked up n hit the windscreen n mirror,it was sureal tbh. i wasnt carm but i thought it was over as i was shouting my case at her but it was making no difference,then before i could get out the gate she hit my back window,n other mirroe on the way round.
this island is a quiet place,and this shit doesnt usually happen. its not like busy mainland areas where you get away with stuff,not enough people!!

new electric wing mirror both left n right side,sprayed
pillar repaired (between windscreen n door p/s) needs sorted n repainted.

'toyota devil' sticker
full valet (full of glass)
basically as i hand the car over to a garage and say i want a bill to have it back in a road worthy condition.

Sorry about your car- an unfortunate event. You run the risk of her not paying. My advice- insist on criminal charges being brought against this person. Sounds like the police want to avoid the paperwork. Only with a "criminal damage" or "wilful damage to property" conviction through the courts will you have a guarantee of compensation/ repair costs. This is if your not claiming through your insurance.
Take photos and write a detailed statement, take it to police and say you wish to press charges.

Loving all the keyboard warriors in this thread! "I'd have done this, I'd have done that". What the OP did is exactly the right thing to do. Now his car will be getting fixed (although I'm not sure if it will be easy getting the full amount as things like this never are as easy as you think) and he is not in trouble wwith the law.
Sorry but to all those hardmen saying that they would beat up a woman because of £300 worth of damage to there car, well your really tough. If somethink like this happens to you, get the police involved. If you resort to revenge by smashing their windows in etc then it shows immaturity and just continues the problem with them trying to get one back at you.
