hahaha 125bhp...somehow the word 'pwnd' just isn't enough in this case lmao.

and dont try bullshitting that the dyno was nakkered. your car took an eternity to pull to the redline. if it had any decent power it would have got up to the high revs a hell of a lot quicker.

And love the way he calls the dyno results "alleged" like it was something someone mentioned down the pub,and not from the result of the dyno he choose to bring it to.

I suppose if hes happy its all that matters :)

All that work of going through bodging up engine mounts, having them "special" driveshafts made, and its pulled less power than a stock 4efte :haha:

I think you will find its actually not less for the revs because that is at the wheel HP in oz so 149 fhp at .85 bar and 4900pm compares to an almost stock starlet is around 120-130 bhp at .85 bar or Stock as per Toyota dyno sheet of 108fhp at 4900rpm at 20deg C .

It is hard to say with incomplete info but this looks low for a 3sgte.Ive read they peak earlier and drop off power without some special attention.
I'm guessing but would say putting ice in the top mount to counter the aussie summer intake temp while understandable was a poor decision for achieving a base dyno as it may distort the dyno shape. It seems to me there is a loss in ice cooling at higher revs as more air moves through the intercooler so the natural engine power drop becomes excentuated by an influx of hot intake air.

the car looks ugly (given all the butchering it's had). the bay is untidy. the workmanship questionable. his attitude arrogant. should i go on..?
