Does ep82 gearbox fit in to ep91

Yeah, definetly fits. I've fitted the whole setup from an Ep82 into a EP91 before with no issues.

The only difference is when you change from a non-LSD gearbox to a factory LSD-equipped gearbox. In this case the rear mount, driveshafts and coverplate are all different.

If changing to a box of the same sort then you should have no issues no matter which model year you use.
