How much psi can a GT turbo handle on stock internals running a Garrett GT28r and some form of management.

can handle safely...is a bar - which is what 14/15 psi?

on 109 it can take a few psi more with a little timing pulled

It really depends mate, the health of your engine and the tune will play the biggest parts, a good tune will be fine for stock internals and could possibly run decent boost ... but thats were the health of your engine comes into it.

lol I think its pretty healthy from what its been doign but i cant be sure and what woudl you guys call decent psi?

Well like the lads said all depends if the engine is in good nick,
Im runnin 238-bph at 1 bar on high boost on normal internals runs sweet as a nut, I wouldnt push any more out off it tho.

1 bar seems to be the safe piont on standerds

if youre not silly 1.1 is ok on a good tune.

if you want it to last stick to 1 bar ish, but had stock engine running 1.6 bar on a td05 and 1.7 on a td04 and was fine untill the big ends went
