Engine timing

havent been back at it yet. I had to put a flange in my exhaust yesterday evening and while the car was on the ramp saw that my oil line was broken now i have to pull off turbo and manifold to fix it.
 
Fixed my oil line car no longer leaking oil since all the exhust leaks before and after the turbo have been fixed car feels way more lively but the timing is still an issue.

Gonna go at it 2morrow evening to see what else can be done.

After swapping ecu I am getting error code 12 NO rpm signal or TDC signal i think it is. Can anyone assist with this? my rpm gauge works fine and from the time i got the car it never used to go on limiter like a normal starlet. It more like soft cuts
