EP91 Vs EP82 - The Video To End All Arguments!

At last someone talking sense. Do these people not notice that nearly every suspension/chassis part is interchangeable lol..

That's only half the story. True thing is, the EP91 chassis is more rigid.. or should I say less prone to flex. It's the same with the Corolla's. 90% of the suspension parts fit on every type.. starting from AE92 (1987) all the way up to the AE111 (build until 2000) yet there are great differences in terms of build quality, used materials, rustprotection, handling, geometry, general stiffness.. so many differences..

Yeah, but they are not the same part as I've learned. The front dampers are different. The rear strut mounts are different. The front anti-roll bar is interchangeable only if you use the complete unit with links. There are just subtle changes to the EP91 that add to up more than what one expects.

It's only when you break one down into it's individual parts that you realise the subtle changes that our idols at Toyota made to the EP91.

The fact that the EFI pipe and S-bend are thicker, the chassis is much better braced and many other small differences make an interesting argument that the Flyer is technically better.

I still prefer the EP82 chassis and driving position. It's all down to personal preference at the end of the day and I can't warm to the Glanza.

Stock on stock a glanza definately feels more boaty than a gt. The steering doesn't feel as good either with the extra weight. It's strange how different they feel to drive but I feel that the feedback the driver gets from a gt is much better :)

LMAO at this thread!

Some GT and some Glanza drivers have a chip on their shoulder, thats the only thing we've proven here I'd say lol
