mark it all up

cut it out, used a **4"** box section and a set of top mounts cut from scrap starlet, cut them down and welded to the top of box section,

and get the local grease monkey to weld em in:p

it was not as easy as the 2 pics show:p, loads of marking up and making sure everything is spot on as it was before used a few technics to make sure thats it's perfect:rockon:

so basically its just like a spacer so the shock sits lower

eh ive just confused myself it would sit higher with a spacer in

na should not be a problem, welding is proper fat and metal super strong:rockon:

Yeah true but if the welds are good then there shouldn't be a problem, have seen engine conversions with thinner guage metal and not as good welding compared to this mod

how bad does it sit without the mod

wouldnt some coilovers on the lowest setting be sitting okay i dont want it megga slammed

hope arrens welding skills are up to scratch.. :eek: and hope you welded it on the under side aswell as on top like i was saying the other day..? especially with the way you drive! i suppose you got that rollcage now though just incase :p
