external waste gate,?

im fitting today my new external wate gate, on my td04 kit
At my new forged engine,
But when i start the engine, the Waste gate is constantly open.
When the engine Idle, i dont Instal the EBC boostcontroller yet,
Just see how the engine is running, but the external waste gate is constantly open, to the admosphere, and dont close
What im doing wrong? the extarnal waste gate can be fitted at 2 ways?
i hope u can help me guys

the strenght of the spring should keep it shut at idle even if no vac/pressure pipes are connected

Mm Dave said i need to place the ring to it,
I dont use the ring from the set,
Thats why its leaking. ?

You need to install the wastegate seat or it will leak

it is on the correct way.
as said above you need to install the valve seat otherwise it has nothing to close against and wont seal.
