I'd imagine around the 180bhp region. There's plenty of Tong's users on here though, I@m sure someone with a little more experience with them will be able to answer you.

If tuning developments done the fueling set up you won't need to changethe fuel pump cause it will be set fine! If you do change it get your fueling checked again!!

Mine was 185hp same boost but on standard turbo.

I would say yours would be roughly the same because I had an Emanage ECU and Apexi boost controller.

Get a piggy back ECu or even standalone if you can afford and get it mapped again you should see 200 at the same boost :)

200hp is the plan its gona be daily driver so i think thats sufficent. the guy told me he had it rolling roaded at 170 without the front mount or the hybrid.

also its got standard suspension so will be looking to upgrade at some point but i dont want anything to harsh as i live in a world of speedbumbs and pot holed roads (wonder where my road tax is going:mad:) i had spax coil overs on my civic and hated them so any suggestions guys.

picked up my gt on sunday and i love it. way faster than i expected i bet its not far off my old 300bhp impreza and way more fun need to give it a wash and wax when the rain stops and i will get some pics.

first time iv ever drove a starlet of any description and i think this is toyotas best kept secret who ever thought a little 1.3 could be so potent.:)

it had a few other parts fitted that were not mentiond in the spec list such as a walbro fuel pump tein springs and the guy even threw in an apexi safc but im in two minds weather to fit it as the car is running so sweet as it is i dont want to muck it up.

any one know how hard are the safc to fit and map.

very easy to install bud. if you want PM me and i will search for my "notes" when i installed mine. as for mapping.. i did read everything and seemd easy but didnt try as i didnt have a wideband. you can put it on monitor and leave it there beaing sexy with your intirior ;)

that sounds like a plan i wouldnt bother trying to map it my self as im sure my internals would become external:confused: if you can dig them notes out that would be great cheers oh and what parameters will it monitor i am looking at a few gauges but wont bother if the safc will do.

also the safc has a little black plug on the end i take it i would need to lop it off splice into the ecu and FCD.

if it has the plug only.. your supposed to have another plug with wires to go into the ecu. but dont worry you can cut the plug and just do your own wireing..

now i noticed you have a GT so you can use this..

SAFCFCDWiringDiagram-2.jpg

and i dont like the fact using an HKS fcd with safc.. so if you leave settings to zero it should be fine.. it can read RPM and presure if im not mistaken (and others that we dont use like TPS)

nice one cheers for that. my safc has more wires than in the diagram what do i do woth those just leave them out?. right just gotta find the ecu now i assume its somewhere in the passenger foot well and FCD wont be far away.

yeah leave them out.. not needed on our cars.

ecu is behind the console somewhere on an ep82.. fcd should be near the plug of the ecu
