Good transmission upgrade for my glanza!!!! PLS HELP :)

Hi guys. First time posting here. I just wanted to ask you if you have any idea of a good upgrade for my stock tranny (Preferibly straight bolt on or slight modification from some other models). My car is heavily modified and thus I am having lots of trouble with them. This is my third one in 4 months

surely living in malta you can get your hands on something like a dogbox?

ask zisco bud, or failing that I think there was a company in malta that makes straight cut gears and you can get a sequential shifter etc...................

how about driver upgrade? what breaks in the box?

yeah thanks alot but I wish I resolved the problem without using a dog box cause I don't fing it so practibale

The gears are failing.. Generally 3rd or 4th. But it's not the drivers fault because it isn't failing when changing gears. It's failing when the engine is at about top power around 7,ooo rpm.
