How much are Rickys? About £600 odd quid..
Would like to see if there is a cheaper alternative, maybe not as much performance gained from one of Rickys, but im interested in any upgrade from standard as its an improvement!
he says they will be about £700 but in the group buy at the moment they are £460 and £60 for the bigger TB, think the group buy is closed tho, but he is doing another one later on in the year.

few good alternative ideas there.i dont have the engineering skill to make one fit but i know a neighbour that does.also considering speaking to jenvey about a custom one.im liking the idea of the 4age silver tops throttle boddies

I thought the general rule for turbo inlets was that you wanted the runners as short as possible?

agree with u dan..... most people will not need to uprate this... unless u are going for serious hp...

just thinking, the 20v silver top 4A-GE toyota levin engines have ITBs from factory... another option perhaps
From what I've heard, the 20v 4A throttle bodies are not strong enough for use with forced induction. Apparently they have a tendency to split open, but I've no first hand experience.
Guy i know called phill from barnsley had one custom made and lost power as faisal said. people seem to be making good numbers on standard ones so dont see the point in changing it just for the sake of saying you have it. Unless of course someone can prove it will make a massive difference
