Many moons ago when i was really fat i went on a low carb diet and did cardio that shed the weight off now all i do is free weights and to get cut im taking Diamond Labs ECA 30+ Fat Stippers plus at the minute i only have carbs on training days its all in your diet aswell there mental ive never trained so hard in my life i make Sonic look slow lol

I'm cutting on these at the minute too. They are fantastic little things. Make you feel a bit strange but do the job perfectly. I am also taking Green Tea Extract, Calcium Citrate and Ultra Man MV.
My workout consists of 45mins weights and then 20mins High intensity cardio. Your best to do cardio after weights as you use up you Gylcogen Cells lifting so your burning nothing but fat stores when doing cardio. I also play football so train 1-2 a week and have a game each Saturday.
I am away to start a course of M-Drol once I have finished cutting with ECA and I have a PCT worked out.
