Gym Workout Plans - Any Tips?

Many moons ago when i was really fat i went on a low carb diet and did cardio that shed the weight off now all i do is free weights and to get cut im taking Diamond Labs ECA 30+ Fat Stippers plus at the minute i only have carbs on training days its all in your diet aswell there mental ive never trained so hard in my life i make Sonic look slow lol

Never heard a bad review about them meant to be the best on the market by far

I'm cutting on these at the minute too. They are fantastic little things. Make you feel a bit strange but do the job perfectly. I am also taking Green Tea Extract, Calcium Citrate and Ultra Man MV.

My workout consists of 45mins weights and then 20mins High intensity cardio. Your best to do cardio after weights as you use up you Gylcogen Cells lifting so your burning nothing but fat stores when doing cardio. I also play football so train 1-2 a week and have a game each Saturday.

I am away to start a course of M-Drol once I have finished cutting with ECA and I have a PCT worked out.

There awesome lil things i cant keep still on them i train like a mad man on them.

I take whey isolate(carb free protein) and creatine, i have very little carbs (30grams a day at best) in my diet atm they help me massively ive dropped a stone in a month but have gained some weight but 0% of it is bf only muscle mass.

I also take 5600mg milk thistle

3000mg of omega 3
3000mg primrose
Multivits
2000mg of glucosamine sulphate

Not run it before mate no. Have read it is probably the best one to take for a first time cycle. I'll probably cycle for 3-4 weeks. I will see how I get on with it.

Just trying to work out the best PCT and also best supps for mid-cycle liver support.

I can't take whey isolate. Tastes like sh*t. Makes me physically sick. I am now taking Boditronics Whey Protien. Cookies n cream. Yum yum! I also take Creatine with an isotonic drink whilst working out. Works a treat.

I can't take ECA before a workout though, makes me feel like sh*t. I take one in the morning and one with my lunch.

I was 12.2st start of June. I now weigh 10.5st. I have lost the weight I want, I am now trying to get my body fat % down and tone up. I have started lifting heavy and I have noticed a massive difference. I can lateral pull my own bodyweight where as before I was lucky to be able to do 80LBs.

I always take my eca 30mins before i train gives me the energy i need,

Whey isolate is vile agreed but has no carbs in it im using relfex expensive but the best imo

Same with my creatine im using Reflex which is tastless but abit gritty in texture.

When i do latt pull down i cant get in the seat cus i do more than my body weight well funny

You should check out the Boditronics Isolate. I got a few free samples and to be honest is wasn't all that bad.

What are your goals?

If you can get hold of them (they're like rocking horse poop now though) 'grenades' are good. They are effectively ECA and are effective

About 13% bf, size isnt an issue for me its getting ripped i have trouble with,

atm im 11 and half stone at a massive 5ft 4 lol

30/28inch waist so getting there, agreed ECA's give me the shakes aswell

everyone is giving there versions, unless you get expert advice your as well off sitting at home twiddling your thumbs.

1. get advice from a personal trainer or an expert.

2. work out a plan together, time, distance, duration, your overall objective etc...

3. work out a diet plan

I am purely just trying to get my BF down. I haven't measured mine but I suspect it to be around 20-30% Maybe less, maybe more. Who knows.

Likewise mate. I am trying to lose BF but gain muscle. Almost impossible to do at the same time as trying to lose weight. I have stopped using weight as an indication, I am going more on shape and size now. I am trying to eat a bit more, but eat the right things. You need to be consuming at least 3500-4000cals a day to build any real muscle.

boxing, get in the gym and hit a bag/pad for 30mins and you will see/feel the benefits. Its cardio workout which also works shoulders/arms/core/back..

other than that go see a personal trainer at your local gym

i very much doubt at 10.5 stone, your anywhere near 30% unless you are a shortarse aswell.

i used eca stack there, an to be honest, the first week it gave me headaches, shakes, felt sick, and never gave me no energy, it was a bag of shite,

i use black coffee now, i drink atleast a 2 litres of the stuff a day, hot, cold doesny matter. and with a decent diet, ive dropped from 16.8 to 14.6 in 8 weeks, mostly working with a boxing bag, and bodyweight exercises on cardio days, and 5x5 on weight days.

there is a whole thread as has been said, im sure its still here, altho it ended up people arguing over steriods.

just got back from the gym. set a new personal record on the pectoral machine lol. 6reps on 100kg...damn im hot :kiss:

lol seriously tho i put up a thread bout fitness bout 18 months ago. since then i joined the gym and lost 4 stone lol and am now a bit skinny. so trying to put the weight back on in muscle and still keep a flat stomach. i find that tricky.

dont forget guys you need muscle to cut back too...you cant go from fat to ripped you will end up being skinny fat with no muscle defination....First an foremost you need to build muscle depending on your age this can take anywhere from a year to two years to build up a foundation. Building lean mass takes time. Then you will be able to cut back to something that you can show an not skin an bones...

It's a science, but there is nothing difficult about it. Eat lean, a good target is 2 gums of protien per kilo bodymass. Train hard. Mix your routines up. And it's that simple to get into a good shape is simple. It's once you reach the plateau then it's time for supps and advice from the pros.
