ok so fitted new zisco td04 kit but have few questions

1 what way round does coolant hoses go from thermo housing to turbo does it matter what way round?

2 could someone help explain how to plumb in the pipework for ext wastegate using a man boost controller

3 turbo just beside intercooler hose side has a little pipe thing almost like a little breather/vacuum pipe needed???

help wouid be great

so the coolant hoses could go anyway round without any probs?

thanks for pic!! my boost controller has one port coming out the side and one at opposite side of the adjuster anyone advise on what pipegoes where?

can anyone else comfirm the way the coolant pipe go on the td04?and what side from engine is the feed ect thanks

There is no noticeable difference which way the coolant hoses are hooked up to the turbo.

god theres not much room to route coolant pipe and vac pipe to waste gate without touching the rad or exhaust! this better be worth it!

nae yet rwdrev but will the morn!! i have connected up the waste gate the way shown above but not going above 0 bar?if the boost controller was the wrong way round would this cause this it goes from minus .6 to 0 and thats it?

what to do is just pipe up the wastegate directly from the turbo intake housing to the bottom of the wastegate. then try it, then add in you boost adjuster to eliminate any faults. have you run the car to get boost or just revved it up? what make of wastegate do you have?

Have you switched the boost controller over from actuator setting to waste gate setting ?? Ive just fitted a zisco kit and love it :D
