my gt lsd box at 100 kph runs just under 2900 rpm and around 145 in 3rd flat out if u want to compare gears

Wheels and tyres come into this so much it may be way different.

185 65 14 tyres atm john hoping to fit 17 inch to bring the revs even lower ?

17s dont bode well on Starlets, I have 195/16s with 45 profile tyres on a 4WD, that has a much lower final drive than a GT/Glanza box. It affects the handling of the car to a degree. If I was to do it again, I would run 205/15s with 50 profile as the rolling diameter is nearly the same.
