Ask what its boosting,it shouldn't be above .8 without the correct mods (FPR and FCD at least)

I'm guessing its a 1990-1994 as he said quad conversion? If so the boot was changed aswell and it looks like he sprayed the rear lights,they look off . Rear wiper is missing too.

I'd check the log book and make sure the chasis no. matches just to be safe with the ignition issue and the front and back crash bars for damage what with the front bumper looking replaced and rear not matching the year.

Could be a good but but be wary,

So if everything checks out could be a good car? Looks like its been dewipered with the bungs..
Also where are the chassis numbers on these?
