HID's Oppinions

I want to change mine on the Glanza, the standard lights are horrible, especially in the Rain, I drive 80% of the time at night, so it's pretty important for me. I don't see why is it Illegal in the UK, as long as it's setup correctly and not Blue - than you shouldn't have any problems. You always can say - this is an imported car - you've passed your previous MOT with no problems - this confuses the MOT testers!

I want just pure white colour, not even a bit of a blue tint - hate that. Just pure white colour - any recommendations? The standard bulb is H4 - and I want the main and full beam to be HID - so which kit do I need? How is it like with the installation? is it difficult?

Last time I was told that it's a piss a piss job the mechanic spent 6 hours replacing the Manifold -))))) In the end didn't tighten it correctly and I had to pay extra to another mechanic to do the same job again. -) But the electrical side doesn't require special tools so I can do it myself. Thank you for the advise, I will look into it and do the installation myself.

The only time the small circular lights come on is on full beam, other than that they are off. Didn't notice any changes in the outside lights when I put full beam on.

lol seriously though, its simple, the plugs have specific sockets, you join them up, stick in the bulbs, connect to the battery and earth using the earth wire, done!

nope, no need for 55w, 35w does the job perfectly! this is exactly what you need, nothing else!

but if you want fulls you'll need 2 kits

Cheers wes, when I go on that link and click add to cart it automatically adds 55w and relay harness, thats why I wasn't sure if I needed them or not. I hardly use my full beams so I'm not too bothered about that, I'll just get the one kit. 6000k are the prefered bulb rating then?

Express shipping (the only option available) £22.26?! Fuck that, I'll shop around I think. Do appreciate the help though Wes.

you can deselect the 55w and harness options! you don't need them, leaves them at $40 +shipping, think shipping is $15 or something like that. yep 6k are good, 8k have a more blue colour!
