Holes in my boot

Just a quick question. I think the owner of my Glanza before me had a rollcage in the car. Sadly they didn't leave it in, so in the bottom of the boot there are 4 holes each side where it looks like its been bolted in. Whats the best thing to fill these in? A mate suggested window sealant from B&Q. would that be okay to use?

or you could get a rollcage too

if it was me, i'd get a metal plate thats big enough to cover all 4 holes, and bolt the plate in (using the existing holes bolted through the chassis to the metal plate - which is on the inside), and seal the bolts with sealant (to stop rust and water getting in)
