how much oil dose an oem lsd gearbox take ????

i thought it was just over 2l like 2.2 or something, cant quite remember though. if you put 2l in then get a cable tie and put it through the level plug you can see how close you are getting to it.

I needed more than 2 litres in mine, but then again, I am quite clumsy!

the glanza gearbox takes just under 2litres and the gt gearbox takes 2.5litres..

Me too, genuinely it takes more than 2 litres, its like 2.2. Unless Motul were ripping me off with the amount in their 1litre bottles!

I have a 95 GT with an OEM LSD gearbox. I've changed the gearbox oil twice and I found it needed more than 2 litres.

well im in a bit of a dilemma cause it originally out of a glanza from factory but i got it rebuilt with all gt internals i persume it goes by the glanza in that case

sorry wasnt too clear.. (replying elsewhere).. the bell housings are slighter bigger with the oem lsd boxes so it will take a bit more than normal.. the stock gt box is bigger than the glanza one so i presume the lsd boxes are the same? in your case, ull have to fill untill its full...
