i really wish i have time for this ;( been long now that i wanted to try this. so with the diypnp you will have the same features of the ms2 3.0?? if so you can ask them to build it for our required spec and then just plug it, tun it and enjoy it?

with the diypnp you will need to change to the AUTO TPS?

cheers

the DIYPNP has all the features of the ms2 3.0.

not sure if they will build it to your required specs.

yes you will still need to change the TPS

so if you change the tps it wont be PNP anymore as you would need to use a different pinout?

well i posted a diagram on page 1 which will allow you to use the auto TPS with the manual ECU.

technically it wont be a true PNP but with the wiring mod for the auto TPS the pinouts will remain the same.

so the only thing you would need to change is the TPS.....

all the auto engines i know with the 4pin TPS throttle body usually come with a 3 plug ecu

I ordered the motor and the ECU from different places, the motor does have the 4 pin tps, and I ordered a manual ecu because that's what I have in the car.:)
I thought I saw only two plugs on this motor, I'll have to check.

yeah the motor will have just two plugs as the other plug would be located in the car already...

if it was a manual wire loom the motor would only have one plug..

no big deal though as you can just swap round a few of the pins in the loom to get it to work with the manual ECU...

Just a brife update. I know ( well I feel) that I should be able to do a DIY PP with the OEM wiring and my 4efte engine but it's just to much for me figure out. Soo I'am gonna cheat. I found a used 4efte P&P harness on Tercelonline.

So my 4efte will be a plug in install and I will be ordering the two VR kit for the engine, that way I'll be able to use this guide. :)

Any info on a base map? And a bit more in the ignition wiring would be helpfull. Building the v3.0 board now.

is this the same for a turbo DIS 5efe

Hi guy chip18sw on Tercelonline here.:)

And I got this one! The answer is no! You need to go back to TOL for your setup, it's already been done. JOC has a DIS 5efe setup and it uses the stock crank trigger setup!
He will be happy to help you out.

I'd post the link here but I have not been able to log in all day? PM me if you can't find it at TOL
