Lambda Sensor Disconnected

I took my car for an MOT and it failed emissions because of the sensor they looked and it has been disconnected. My Glanza doesnt have a decat. They have told me they will have to look for the other end to reconnect. A mate looked at it last night and he couldnt see it either. Just wondering if anyone has a rough idea of where it would be?? As if not pipe n stuff is gonna have to come off to have a better look and if my mate cant do it for me in time im gonna have to pay the garage (a man to look for a wire ha ha)

My mate said someone may have disconnected it and taped it up somewhere; if anyone could give me any clues that'd be good :)

There's two sensors located on a standard downpipe (your catalytic convertor is inside the downpipe).

Both are connected to the engine loom by connectors that lie on top of the gearbox. If you look for any unconnected plugs in that area you should see them. If not report back!

yer as jay said - they are both thin black wires and shoul have grey connectors on them - they stem from the back, bottom righthand side as you look at the bay

it may have snapped off - both connectors should still be connected somwhere in that case lol
