i have been in and driven an MRs and it was bloody brilliant! Handling is immenseCould do with a few more ponies of course but I found it quick enough!

couple of other things about that engine, piston rings are weak, check all seems ok that way, toyota installed 'precats' on that engine for tough us emission standards, they can break up and enter the engine causing obvious fun and games. good news is it will still pass mot without them over here.
not sure i agree with the comments about it being a rubbish car- its seriously light and agile compared to some so called roadsters.
