This is the current spec of Engine that we are building in-house, we should see the completion by end of August due to other work commitments. We shall use this thread to update the progress as we go along.

This was the engine i was building for myself personally although i have decided to make this the first in-house engine that will be for sale.

For the first engine we will offer 50% OFF fitting although we would like to have the car for a day or so to ensure of no leaks etc.

This offer will be based on having a good condition, serviceable engine in exchange for this one or an additional subcharge may apply.

• SCAT or THS Conrods (undecided yet)
• 1.2mm Athena Headgasket
• Head Ported and Polished
• New Cambelt/Tensioner Kit
• New Toyota Head Bolts or ARP
• All New Toyota Gaskets
• New Oil Seals
• New Water Pump
• New OEM Oil Pump
• New Valve Stem Seals
• New Toyota Thermostat
• New Oil Preasure Switch
• ACL Bearings
• Block Rebored/Honed by W.O.S.E with the face polished
• Chemically Cleaned
• Head Stripped and Cleaned
• Valves all re-lapped and seated
• Engine Machining
• Zisco Uprated Valve Stems
• Alloy Crankshaft Pulley

ALL engines from now on will come with a spec sheet based upon YOUR engine that you purchase from CRD. We will also include 5L Millers Competition Running in Oil for your engine which will be included for FREE.

when i get another glanza, and if i lived anywhere near i would use CR Developments for everything. never been anything but helpful. and i guarantee these engines will be built meticulously.
