Heres some pictures of the members from TGTT (except my own)


















There is none,none of the people from here turned up.The only ones to turn up were Slipside from MR2.ie and 4 lads from toyota owners club-irl.Some are members here but there name wasnt on the list.

Ill get pictures up of the cars that were there (MR2,GT Advacne,Glanza V,EP70 with a corolla GTi Engine and an EP70 with a 4efte)

And huge thanks to the lads that did turn up.
Seriously dissapointed though,alot of the MR2 members pulled out in the last few days over their cars and but they let me know.

hi Dan,

what a load of shite. It would completely put anyone off organising these meets. The past few I have been at have been a joke. People put their names down and then dont bother showing up, its just bad form and rude.

As discussed as the previous Mullingar meet I may organise something for early next year but will probably be a dyno day and anyone that wants to go can pay in advance, that way hopefully they might show up.

I am really sorry that you went through the hassle of organising and going to this only to have very few people turn out.

sad to see really... thats why im clamping down on meets big time over on TOC-IRL... i really cant understand people that put down their name and then not bother 2 show up and worse to not come back onto the meet thread and say they cant make it.. its a complete waste of time and not fair on the rep ivolved..

Its been the same for about 3 years now. We used to have a North/South meet every year but then it was turning into a North meet in the South as no one was turning up from the South! I dont know why people insist on having their car "ready" to go to a meet, as long as it drives its fit to go in my mind but maybe not everyone else thinks that. I have turned up with the car held together with cable ties for fucks sake, its a shame really as the scene was so good.

If you want a good meet sometime, come to one of the North Stars meets, 90% of the people with their names down turn up and the craics always excellent.

have to agree with you mate, the last North/South meet I was at I was completely embarrassed. The lads from the north all made an effort and traveled down and barely anyone from the south turned up.
