Lend of €2 through paypal...sad i know lol

Basically i've been broke the last 4 months due to the brothers wedding and a holiday coming up,havent even had €10 to myself.So i finally got €20 spare and decided id buy a manual boost controller,found one for €19.52 delivered and all
Put €20 on my 3v card,linked it to paypal,went to pay for the item and bang..not enough funds.Un-linked and re-linked the car and still a no go,so checked the 3v website and it seems paypal take a mandatory €1 everytime you link a card now (since when?) and now im €2 short until they return it,if they do.

So basically can someone gift me €2 and ill return it when paypal give it back to me?

what is a 3v card?? i never have any funds in my paypal, but its linked to my bank account so its jus taken out directly, does your not work like that??

its a prepay credit card that you can use with paypal. just top it up and link it with paypal. paypal payments then come out of the card if you dont have funds on paypal.

can yous not link your paypal to your bank account in the south?? so much handier, as long as you have money in your bank you can use paypal.

Just enter the details of the slip you get from the shop under the name you applied for it from 3v

So you name etc and then the ccv and expiry date+ card number
