Celica's and Supra's both use CT26 turbo's.
They are quite big, as mentioned before you are better off getting a T2 turbo. Many new turboes to choose from at cheapish prices, plus anyone can rebuild them and they come in ballbearing.

I have used TD04 and VF turboes and was not happy with them, they spooled too late for me on a 4E.

Im using a CT9/CT12 hybrid on mine now and get full boost very early in the game. Now that im going to a 5E engine, it will be a bit small of a turbo but time will tell.

just finished putting up my 5E with the Tommi Mak TD05HRA, anyone had any experience with this turbo on a 5E? it was really laggy on the 4E, try 5 grand laggy

wow....that is laggy fur
the 5e should take it down about 500-1000rpm.....but i figure with some tuning......and prob some aggressive ignition lower down,,,,u might be able to get it spooling at 3000/4000rpm maybe

by any chance were u able to keep your stock radiator??...and who did the manifold?

no stock RAD, wouldn't feel comfortable with it anyways even tho HOODY kept his, i am using a shorter 3 core, Stoute Sports equal length mani, same guy that made HOODY's really good once u can wait cuz he usually has some stuff doing.
ye ure guess about the spool up is similar to mine, i have to go home this afternoon and slap the head on and then i will be NA for a while cuz i wanna change my IC route to a shorter one.

decision decisions, i was thinking along the td05 16g route and possibly a 5e conversion but the cost involved would be pretty big eh and would it be very laggy? might just go ct9 hybrid.
