My missus is looking for volunteers aged 18-50 to complete an online questionnaire on their views about their fertility (links below).
She would really appreciate if you complete the questionnaire and forward to your family and friends so as many people as possible know about this study.
The questionnaire addresses your views about your own current fertility, and your interest in having children in the future. The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. If you would like to take part, please use the following links:
