Thanks guys, running 10psi atm and goes pretty well just need to fix my laptop to tune the fuel table a little better and uprate the clutch as it slips at times 
Nah no need to forge to turbo an mx5, engines based in the 323turbo so perfect for turboing, standard internals can take 220-250lbs of torque and around 250bhp as far as I know!
