ran 7s on nearly all my cars, never had any issues, but if your car is running big HP then go for 8s

depend on what you drive for a daily drivencar

on a stock setup till 10 to 12psi driven daily it's ok

but if you go higher then that for daily driven or different setup it will foul them

Yeah since the snow I feel like my car may be misfiring so looking at replacing sparks, just modified car now running about 13 PSI and not sure to go for 7's or 8's...?

If i were you i would run 8's to be un the safe side but you can run the 7's also but at that 7psi and depend on the weather if its cold or not . Have one thing in mind if its a hot sunny day it will affect your engine so the colder the plugs for those sunny day the better but at night if its cold the colder your plug the more you can race with your car cause the plug dont get hot as quickly
