Looks like we are doing it on the 8th, everyone from UKSO is free then and most on here. The Japdreamz monthly meet is on the 1st. I'll prob take a run up to it anyway.

Right guys, I've put quite a bit of thought into this and I want some feedback and opinions.

The ideal situation would be Ballypatrick forest, fingers crossed we will be able to get in. If not I've put another two plans together. I will bring ringing the forestry commission tomorrow to check.

This would be the route we would take if we can get into Ballypatrick. Finishing up at Benone beach - this beach can be driven on.

If we're up near Ballycastle we should take a spin down to the Dark hedges at Gracehill Golf course, Benone Beach is a bit too far for me its getting close to 5 hours driving and there's plenty of photo opertunities on the coastal road on the way up at say Cushendun or Cushadall..

Good work Chris looks like a good bit of effort and planning.
Where is that meeting point A? Hollywood?
I know u say the beach can be driven on but it would probably depend on weather and the individuals confidence going on to sand.
I'd be up for it tho and sounds like a good days driving. How many mile do u estimate?
Cheers

Where are you coming from mate? I'm not familiar with North Coast, so I am open to suggestions.

Depends where we are going to, once we have a route finalised, I'll get maps sent to everyone. But to answer your question, yes come off at Holywood exchange. The beach is huge, some has already said they are not keen on driving on the sand.

Haven't a clue, millage wise mate. Will look into it though.

Ah, no problem. Yes, ballycastle sounds good for a bite to eat.

I've just emailed the forestry commission, so will update shortly.

Not surprisingly this is a massive ballache, so many 'risks' in running an event like this. Jay has approved for TGTT, just awaiting approval from UKSO. Once that's done the application goes to the Forestry Commission. If the application is approved, the 'rioting act' will be read. We can't have anyone dicking about as both clubs are being represented.

Still waiting on the go ahead from UKSO

old nangle will get it approved and if not it can just be a TGTT meet that some UKSO boys will be attending, its all good n the hood :)

its not like UKSO can say that no cars with their stickers can go or whatever, it'll be grand especially since most of the stickers will be UKSC lol Teehee

just ignore all the redtape and run with it :)

nobody will muck about more than Jay anyways lol its an impossibility.

I might have to just put the application, if I don't hear anything tonight. Mr Nangle has already provisionally approve, but asked for confirmation from the rest of the staff.

You coming Phil?
