How long now till you have the funds for the dream?

Well it's quite a predicament at the moment as in my home town they're proposing to build a load of new houses, half of which would be affordable homes, and where i live is quite an expensive area, cheapest two bed house for sale at the moment is 180k! whereas these two bed houses will be for sale at around 75k to local people ... might be too good'a chance to miss!
