There's plenty to see mate, and the buses will get you anywhere you want to go for peanuts. Make sure you try some of the local food, the rabbit stew and Maltese sausage I had was awesome!!

we found out about public transport when i went to portugal. payed silly money for a taxi to somewhere then found a train station and got back for next to nothing, just had to walk a little further.
rabbit stew doesnt sound that appetising tbh, im sure something will interest me though.
one day when i can afford it ill go to japan..............

we found out about public transport when i went to portugal. payed silly money for a taxi to somewhere then found a train station and got back for next to nothing, just had to walk a little further.

Well, based upon my many miles abroad, the easiest way is the best way when you arrive, the hard way is the best way when you leave.
Try the rabbit mate, it's bloody lovely. Even if you're old school boring, you should like it as it's like having a rich chicken stew, but with taste. Failing that, the place is awash with Italian restaurants, and there's even a Wagamama's in St Julians Bay...
And if you're bugging out about food now, you'll have fun in Japan if you go...

Just go to Hal Far (Malta's ONLY official drag race track) Saturday afternoon and you'll love it - loadz of cars and bikes and even trucks sometimes!

You should hit the zisco lads up and see if you can visit and check out their awesome machines, they might even take you to hal far Dont go out for a night out with Kon and Keith, it turns in to a long long night!
If you like thai food there was a very nice thai place up one of the hills in the touristy district with all the bars, I cant remember the name of anywhere as I was drunk.

have a nice trip to here yes public transport is cheap and easy to use and will get you when you want! Unfortunately or fortunately for you this weekend the Pope will be in Malta so you may find a little hassle there and then due to closed roads etc etc lool (as maltesers were good for those things)
If you have time visit our little island Gozo too, its nice to see.
