Some holes may need to be drilled and tapped to accomodate the C52 tranny
on the Paseo bell housing...

and to answer the question, "Why do Paseo transmissions break so much?"

yup alfradio is right, i keep blowing tranny in my paseo... it's my 5th one now and i'm completely pissed off... I was running the stock 5E-FE :shoot: with only a header and a stage 3 clutch and it's still breaking i'm gooing to do THE MOVE!

Digging an old thread back.

Anyone has any info on the C51 gearbox?
Whats the max torque they can take. As we know its torque and not hp that kills gearboxes.

Will an lsd from the C56 gearbox fit the C51?

The new manual corollas from Japland come with the C51 gearbox but i cant seem to find the TRD LSD for these.

Research shows the Cusco lsd fits the C56 [from the new Vitz RS] and C51 gearbox [ manu corolla ],since they both have the same part number.

So question is,will this be same for the trd lsd advertized here,
