problem adding reputation

whenever i try to add rep to someone most of the time the rep box pops up behind the below post and you can only see the very top and cant click on anythin - will someone sort it out please xxx

Happens me occassionally mate, just rightclick on it and open it in another window. Must be a software bug or something..
