Quad lights to Square lights??

currently i have a quad light conversion on my gt but im thinking about changing it back to square again. should i keep or should i go back?? what do yous think??

I prefer the Square light but only if there looking 'fresh' and not all gunked up yellow!

yeah know what you mean.. i think kieran gt looks awesome, but on the other hand so does sanchez's. ive jus got a toms bumper and going for kit, but jus dont know what to do with lights.

I'm just curious...after the cutting required to fit the quadlights, how would one go about refitting the squares? Isn't the very area cut integral to securing the squarelight brackets? I prefer mint square lamps but since they are made of plastic, yellowing is inevitable.

mine is a squarelamp and was going quad. bought them and was going to do the conversion but at the last moment i had a re-think which i don't regret at all especially now i have a toms grill. also have clear indicators which suit more with the squarelamp imo. will get a new pair of headlights from toyota some time this yearbut for now some autosol will solve the problem.

I think that quads is the better choice since they have projector housings which focus the beams better, and 4 lights on with high beams = more light output, which is what is important to me.

When you do the conversion you lose the four lights on high because of the square light wiring. I'll be tackling that shortcoming in the next couple of weeks and will post up any solutions I find. I don't think anyone has post a tutorial allowing full use of all beams for a quad light conversion as yet.

my starlets a 91 and im gessing it came stock with the brick lights..its now got quad lights and im wanting to change them to square ones....anyone got any info?
