hes a pet but scares the shit out of everyone that comes by.. great deterrent.. ya man the law is very crooked... i was brought 2 court for dangours driving before cause of some fucker rang the gards sayin they saw me at whatever place doin whatever... i wasnt near the place.. in fact it was a lad i dont get on well with.. i got away with it but i still had 2 pay a solicitor 250 euro for the day... fucked up

but as above that sucks mate, I remember a guy in a lorry rammed my mate his is Williams and then speed off (number plate was dirty so couldn't get his details) so we chased him down the motorway before finally the police arrested us in red hill he was an Asian guy and tried saying it was a racial attack etc so he tried pressing charges on us thankfully it didn't stick and he dropped them but what sort of crap is that! the system is messed up, I know it's kinda diff to what happened to your mate but it seem's the victims become convicts.

Not a good dog to compare against a big, they look small even near an average size dog :haha:

I was actually going to say Fox Terrier but thought they aren't as common, well down here.

But like you others said, the law in England is to Prosecute the person who is defending their home/family/possessions or anything else.
Som you asked is it worth going to jail? if they hurt my dogs or family then yes....if thats the only way to get the b***tards who did it

???? From what I'm reading UK self defense laws are a joke...and going to court on hearsay? Someone calls and said they saw you driving dangerously and you go to court??! No video or any other evidence just a court date based on hearsay? I don't get it. Rubbish laws like that can't be meant for the public's well being.

I read in the metro today that a man was innocent in front of a court when the police arrested him for slicing off the ear of a young man who broke into his home and threatend to rape his wife and kill his family.

But another guy was charged with assault for defending him self when attackers attacked him at his home.

I find it stupid!!!

Your alowed 3 hits, anymore is classed as assult, but depending on the circumstances ie someone breaking into your house is diffrent to someone attempting to mug you on the street. but as rule of thumb, make those 3 hits count
