Bit random I know but I've got pretty sensitive teeth that bloody hurt every time anything cold hits them, been dentist and all is well.

Now I was wondering if anyone knows of any decent tooth paste for sensitive teeth that work? I've used about 4 different types of sensidyne and its done naff all.

Cheers!

There's loads on the market-do google search. You should probably go and see your dentist to be honest, when was the last time you had a checkup?

I've been to the dentist not so long ago and was told everything was fine I just have sensitive teeth. Would just like to know what people have used and found to work?

Isnt sensodyne designed for that?

Try having a jaw that locks when you eat!!!

Apparently so mate I've tried like 4 diff ones and it's made no diff lol!

That must suck mate! :(

Hmm I think I literally saw and advert for that like 1min ago? Colgate?
Bite into this.. it'l work wonders!

:haha:

LOL you evil bastard :p Ice cream's the worst tbh but anything cold sucks! I like to have a tea + an oj with a full English.... that reaks absolute havoc on my teeth!

Sensodyne works ok-ish, but only if you use it constantly for like, a month.

I've started getting sensitive teeth about 2 years ago, its a pain...annoyingly though, not only is it for cold things, but I get excruciating pain whenever I eat something especially sweet? Chocolates, honey, and sugar coatings literally make me writhe in pain, and it lasts a good 5-10mins!

I've been to the dentist about 3-4 times now and they just talk around the subject "Oh, come back in a few months, we'll see"...instead they just give me cancer with silly X-rays to show me that all 4 wisdom teeth are growing into the adjacent molars and may require removal.

I want to try that Colgate Iso-Active one as someone else mentioned...I want my fatty sugary sweets again

Addendum: Omg, you two have it too? How much does it kill...I literally revert into a whimpy little girl when it happens...which is not far removed from reality

lol 100% spot on ! nothing can stop it for the few minutes after it's started, trying only makes it worse! but then again warm water softens the pain but makes me feel sick! lol

Stop moaning about sensitive teeth you pussys :p try having a abscess over your front tooth and after 2 root canals they still cant get rid of it!!!!! May have to have some bone removed to see if they can clear it.. bad times.

I should really change dentist as he did two root canals without numbing first lol, bloody hurt, he said 'I'm a big boy I don't need it now' yet the price he charges includes the price of an injection lols.
