the fan isnt on all the time now! i have bridged the 4 pin connector so that the fan doensn't run constant but it works with the heater controls! so do i need to buy one of them AC plugs! and try plugging that in see if it works? someone must know how to bridge the plug up to make it work normal!

also when i was bleeding the cooling system the thermostat opened! and when it was quite hot! the water was like "pulsating" out the top of the rad should that happen?

probably just bubbles in the system mate.. in your very first post, the second picture shows a connector on right hand side of bay and then rory responds to your first post saying that is supposed to be connected

man i just wish i could be there to see the car cause this is really annoying me.. id probably see the problem straight away... right try this... the connector thats on the bottom hose off the rad (fan sensor) bridge the connector on the loom.. this should turn on fan.. if not we then know theres an open circuit somewhere.. the connector in the second pic in your first post has to be bridged.. there should be 2 green wires goin to this..(theres 4 ports altogether) bridge green wires and see if the fan works then

what just plain green wires? i can only find a green with a red stripe running down it and a green with a black stripe down it! these are attached to the 4 pin plug just behind the passenger headlight! by the battery!

man your havin some bother lol, ok our fan being on constant is your a/c pipe sensor its located beside the fuse box on rightside of the engine, my car never goes above half on the temp gauge, if your gauge aint working to and your fan is staying on it should be your water temp gauge sensor as the brain dosent know how hot the engine is and would keep the fan on, but i pulled out my aircon pipes the last day and took of that sensor beside fuse box an the fan stayed on, put it back on and all was fine.

well you were getting code 22 wich is coolant temp sensor and this circuit can cause the car to run badly if faulty.. once that is sorted and problem is still there you can then think about other things it may be.. solve this first mate or it will get confusing

could be the seals man, layin up that long the seals could have cracked and then worn when run, do your dry and wet compression test, black-fuel blue-oil white-water, have you ran the engine long since its been layin up? If not it could be carbon build ups burnin away.

see thats where im lost mate cause my loom is completly different.. best thing to do is put up a new thread with the pictures of the connectors at front bumper and connector behind passenger headlight and just ask what wires need to be bridged to stop the fan from running and for the fan to work propperly..that circuit is all connected so thats whay your getting that code on the diagnostics.. this thread is gotton too clogged up.. start from fresh bud and im sure you will get the answer cause i want to know 2 whats goin on..lol

read my first post man, id say your fan problem is your air con sensor id be really sure its that, do you want me to take a few pics of anything tomorrow?

if you can mate only thing is mate my air con sensor has been scrapped long time ago. as my mate who took the air con out threw everything away as he didnt think he needed any of it lol! so i am stuck with a fan that is constantly on but not AC sensor to plug it back in! what have you dont with the 4 pin plug? was wondering what to link to replicate the AC sensor!
