Standard Manifold Porting with pictures and explaination

ok so porting my exhaust mani today managed to get most of the restriction out of runner 3 how much do you guys take off of runner 2 cheers nick

dondt forget to do the centre of the mani where the joyn stick ur finger in the runners tha way u can feel it i ported all 4 holes in the colector bit to the max and ghot good power gains on same boost

just a quick question, after you port the 3rd runner, (which is where the stud/bolt is which holds the turbo to the manifold) do you put the bolt back (because now that you have removed the restriction the bolt is exposed) in or do you cut it so it doesn't get in the way of the exhaust fumes? cheers

The exposed studs in runners 2 and 3 can either be chopped down to the required length or ground off once installed. After porting out the restrictions in both runners 2 and 3 you'll notice a significant difference in diameter at the collector between 2-3 and 1-4, ideally runners 1 and 4 also need to be opened up so all 4 runners match.
