This thread is awesome there was no doubt in my mind even without the evidence.
I've heard once they get bored of doing quaters they drive the otherway up the track and call it a hill climb event.

Seriously, all I did to those was take the screen shot, put it in paint and circled the elevation. If you go into Google Earth and find the place you will get the exact same result.

didnt know anything about this agrument? or whatever it was...nor do I care. but what a novel idea...build a 1/4 mile/400m track downhill and dont tell anyone and get tons one buisness due to everyone wants to race at your track cuz it makes the cars faster times lol jk....

It's an age old thing really, the Maltese get really good times and someone one day must have said "wow, it must be downhill or something" probably as a joke and it went from there. Turns out it is haha.
