Might not be your problem though. I would clear the ecu then try and start it again and if 24 comes back up then I would try that. I personally wouldn't have thought that would cause your problem

all cleared silly me now just flashes all time so take it means no codes

so still havent got firing in cyclinder 1,2

ive replaced

dizzy
ht leads
spark plugs
fuel filter
rotor is new

checked

sparks all ok
checked cams

weird why im not getting firing in cyclinder 1,2 ive swaped the injectors round and still not getting any fire in 1.2 so cant be injectors

do a compression test on cylinders 1 and 2 , and borrow another set of injectors to rule that out.

How can you tell it's 1&2?
Sounds like an air lock like you would get in a diesel but that shouldn't happen with a petrol engine

its a new rail fully flushed and cleaned, and i no its one and too as on the exhaust manifold they aint getting hot....... ive swaped the injectors over still no luck i put 3,4 in 1,2 im going to do a comp check tonite what ratio should it be with

deep dish pistons and 1.4 hg

thanks guys for your time

but if you have ran out of fuel you may have picked up some crap and it's blocking the rail just a thought like...i hope ye haven't fucked yer engine mate..as long as 1+2 are roughly the same as 3+4 ye should be ok i'd guess ..hopefully if there are any engineers on here they can work out what yer compression SHOULD be...

all cyclinders are 80 psi so there all good....... ive changed whole fuel systems and cleaned them out this also happend when i was changing spark plugs so weird still doing it

i might check the loom for injectors 1,2 as didnt make a diff if i put 3,4 in 1,2 any ideas guys

When i did my compression test on my stock internals they came back all 160 psi.

80 is quite low but i dont think low compression pistons drop it that much :$

1.4mm hg as well so that will lower the compression as well as the dished pistons,i assume....hopefully he'll get good compression across all 4 cylinders ,so at least he know s his motor ain't fucked...
