Straightliners Enniskillen - 18th September

Hi everyone,

Its now less than three weeks until the last Straightliners event of the year. After the weather let us down in July, we're back in Enniskillen's St. Angelo's airport on Sunday the 18th September for another full days drag racing.

As always, gates will open at 9am, racing will start at 10am, and continue without interruption until the finals around 4pm, with the day ending at 5pm.

Competition is open to cars, bikes, quads, buggy's, whatever you want to race. It doesn't have to be road legal, it just has to be safe.

Classes as always will be split into:

Demo
Top Car
11.3 second
12.3 second
13.3 second
14.3 second
15.3 second

Gate admission for everyone is £10
Entry to the show and shine is free for anyone who wants to enter, and race entry is £45 for unlimited runs (the earlier you get there, the more races you can have).

Competitors can pre-register online and get their gate entry for free (save yourself £10).

From 10am till 4pm you can race whenever you want, against whoever you want.

Because its your first time, when you sign on, ask for the slowest class, you'll get bumped up automatically to the correct class depending on your times.

Just home from this, had a great day out, few teething problems but that was to be expected on the first outting.

I've a few incar videos I'll get uploaded once I edit them, Weejohn has some video of outside the car in various position which I'm sure he'll upload, quite excited to see them myself, dunno how his camera stayed on the car!

12.3 was my best today with a 60ft of 2.1secs. Managed it on my first run then only got 3 more timed runs where I had the boost set at a bar instead of 2 by mistake.

Don't have no lift shift setup on it, need a sequential shifter for it but she takes the gears well just lifting the throttle.
