Hey kelly, never overflowed, over heated or even got above the half way mark. Its gets to operating temp and then stays there no matter what I try. The hose was just a precaution.

what you running on the ignition side (noticed you've replace distributor cap and running 4 what look like coils!) and what benefits have you recieved from doing this?

Having some heating issues? Whip out your thermostat and give it a quick test to see that its still working fine first. They seem to go easily on the GT's. A friend did this one.

Nah their not anodised, just painted. One bottle is an old school zex bottle thats mettalic light purple. The other one is painted a darker purple and no mettalic. Not sure which I prefer though. Ill see what I can do for a paint code for you though.

Yep im running 4x bosch coils with built in ignitors. No real benefit over the dizzy. I havnt seen the dizzy take more that 240hp atw before disintergrating yet so it was done more on the preventative side. The coils provide a very strong spark and I havnt had an issue yet with them. It also runs an autronic CDI unit that controls them and works with the autronic sm4 ecu.
