What where your mods and how much boost were you running?

What tyres were you using? How did you move the vehicle?

The journey began with weight reduction and Lexan windows, then a stainless
steal manifold, and HKS actuator and a failing Walbro fuel pump!

"A FAILING WALBRO FUEL PUMP?" you may ask...

Because it was failing, the air/fuel mixture was running a bit on the LEAN
side.... good for power but bad for pistons, which resulted in the damage
sustained by the #4 piston at around the time of TERCEL1's runs in the 13s

Once the piston was replaced and the fueling issues were addressed with a
new fuel pump, a fuel tank sump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator...

I was back to running in the 14s...
