this thning come of my car?

started my carup in the morning so the engine dont get siezed because its been snowing here, anyway started the car up then once the car was warm i reved it alittle bit then the car kept going to 2 thousand revs then fropin to abou 1 and three quarter thousand revs then jumpin back to two then dopin back to 1 nd three quaters then i saw on the floor this belt can anyone tell me what it is?thanks rep wil be given, also when i saw this belt i started car on to see if it still runs and it did start up so cant be the timing belt and fan belt still on too!? dont know wha tbelt it is!

sounds like either power steering or alternator,

check your pulleys see if theres a belt missing

If it's your PAS belt your aircon and power steering will not work but the car can be started and driven.

If it's your alternator belt your electrics and cooling system will not work properly so you should not idle or drive the car for any length of time.
