tong turbo ct9 full boost?

40! bloody hell, may have to try that one out. Is it best to change it when stationary or can it be done when moving? What does the 'set' control?

I may & try & reduce the hose length from my actuator to the blitz control box as its stretching from one side of the bay to the other. I want it really close & using minor hosing to see if that makes any difference.

I can't recommend changing the setting while driving
If you can get a victim or co-pilot to keep an eye on things ( or use a the powermeter) and make changes for you it, makes it much easier, if you press the round controller in (knob) you can adjust the boost set from the display screen.

turn the gain up to about 40 , make sure you have the alarm set and turn the set down to 10, just do a couple of runs and increase the set until your happy with the boost.

if your not using a magic stock/jam/toms/blitz/zep/mines/farina racing etc

then your really going to need your fuelling checked if you bring boost in earlier, you could have a lean spike that will do harm in long 4th/5th pulls.

what fuelling mods you running?

if your below fuel cut the stock ecu will cope.

as Phil says, its always worth getting the fueling checked with any engine mods..

Running 1 bar on Tongs. Blitz EBC. JAM FCD, uprated fuel pump.

Checked on RR & fueling was fine on boost. Slightly rich for off boost, but all was ok & AFR is fine.

15 mate. Seems the best setting. Tried it up to 20, & 20 was just worse! Didnt see more than .6 bar

I dont see 1 bar in 1st gear. Usually hits like .75 in 1st & then 1 bar comes in other gears if pushed. Is this normal?

around 30 gain and go from there

So its safe to up the gain without checking fueling again etc..? Or as long as the fuelings been checked for running 1 bar, it dosent matter how quick it gets there right?
