So what happens if somebody crashes into your car, vice versa?
Do you and the other guy have to pay out of their own pockets?
Do you have to notify your current insurer if you are going to use the car for racing?
Why dont you pm skyinsurance im sure there able to tell you everything you need
You can buy insurance for track days and competitions, this will cover you in the event of an accident and fire damage, however the excess will be alot higher than normal road insurance.

Not really, when you agree to go out on track you agree that if an accident happens its tough luck. Admittedly if someone hit me because they were driving like an arse i would be a bit annoyed, but if you are aware on the track you can move over and let ppl like that past before an accident may happen.
I dont bother with track insurance, if someone hits me then i'll go and reshell the thing.
But seriously, if you are worried about getting shunted or crashing, then dont go on track.
