One of my mates hit a woman in a car a couple of years ago, now in fairness it was his fault (aparently he sneezed going round a corner and lost control lol!) but the shitter of it was, the woman was alone in the car yet her husband put in a claim because of the stress he was put under looking after his wife and her complaining!!!

He won his claim!

I had the same thing happen to me last year (wrote my car off!). All I'd advise is that it'll probably be a fair old while before it is sorted.

It took 4 months with me, and about 2 of those were down to the other two people's insurers not actually talking to mine. I think they were playing the blame game between themselves first before they coughed up the cash for mine.

I woke up alot better this morning,so il not be claiming,i would feel guilty claiming for injuries i dont have,maybe im too honest i dont know

I hate people who claim for the hell of it, but fari play to those who actually suffer and finacially lose out. Well played sir!!
