Thanks for that mines been doing that since ive had it and didnt even think of trying that, thought i would have to take it apart .

Took the wee red beastie for paint on Friday. Freshen the front splitter and mirrors. To do this week - polishing engine bay parts with new eBay polishing kit.

Finally pulled my finger out & did stuff on my own car. I installed an anti lift kit, uprated front wishbone bushes, whiteline front anti roll bar with drop links, lower arm brace, new ball joints & track rod ends, all today, took about 4 hours in total, car felt really good through corners after, it made alot of difference. I still have loads of goodies sitting in my house which I must fit, Im hoping to do next week if I get a chance which include, toda flywheel, stage 5 ECC paddle clutch, freshly built gearbox with a quaife lsd, & whiteline rear adjustable anti roll bar.

spent a good fifteen minutes trying to make a thread on the end of my gear stick to put my gear knob on before realising it wasnt the gear stick it was a plastic sleeve left from the previous gear knob and i could have just pulled it of with grips to reveal the actual thread underneath.
