You will spend most of the day waiting in the queue and will be lucky to get 5 runs mate!

I'dd say a 13.9 if its dry.

I managed 16 runs at the last rwyb at pod and for the 1st hour i was running every 10 minutes and i was 1st car up the strip, it gets rammo after a little while and you spend your life sitting/pushing your car.

if you cant drive/car isnt set up properly- low 14s
if you can drive/car is set up properly - mid 13s

so not really a fair question- just go out and do it. talk is just talk

If i can get a 13.7 in my 200BHP EK9(and thats when it wasnt totally stripped) you should be able to get around 13.2-13.4 in a 247BHP starlet providing you can get the grip.

Alot of people find it hard to get good times, you just have to have a nack for it.

Get those 60fts down to low 2's and you'll be laughing.

id like to add a little thing to the above... GET SOME DECENT TYRES!!!

pirelli or toyos are not good for the qtm, at least get some semi slic drag radials.. or go all out & get some full slics! That will help you the most in running a much better time.. remember every 0.1 sec u cut off the line in the first 60ft will reduce 0.2 sec when u cross the line at the bottom of the strip ;)

get a set of 14`s on racing slicks for the front, try n get the back higher than the front, lots of air in the back to tyres n not alot in the front, n watch those lights.............:) its all about ure launch, try takin off at around 3500, i change gears at around 6500rpm

Hard to say accurately how fast you're going to go without any idea of 'real world' power to weight (e.g trapspeed), flywheel horsepower doesn't always translate linearly into lower times, how that power is delivered can make an enormous difference.

I've seen a 13.2 with ~155whp on a CT9 and I've seen plenty of examples of 250+ HP peaky cars with big turbo's running slower.

Biggest reduction in times is going to come from practice and making some incremental changes to car set-up and strategy on launch etc

Go and race, have some fun and post up your full timeslips. Based on those I'm sure we can offer some far more constructive advice for getting quicker :)
